5. Custom Orders & Artwork
For custom printing, UV DTF film, personalised labels, stickers, or apparel:
You are responsible for ensuring artwork provided is correct, high-resolution, and free of copyright violations
Production begins only after payment and artwork approval (if required)
Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded
If artwork needs adjustment, we will contact you before production.
6. Production Timeframes
Production times vary by product type:
Standard production: 1–3 business days
Large/custom orders: 3–7 business days
Peak periods may experience delays
Production time does not include shipping time.
7. Shipping & Delivery
By placing an order, you agree to our Shipping & Handling Policy.

Once handed to the courier, delays are outside our control

8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Custom-made items (labels, stickers, UV DTF prints, personalised products) cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.
Change-of-mind refunds are generally not accepted for personalised orders.
