Returns & Refunds Policy – Labelitt

At Labelitt, we aim to deliver high-quality products and a smooth customer experience. This Returns & Refunds Policy outlines your rights and our responsibilities under Australian Consumer Law (ACL) as well as our store-specific policies for custom-made items.


1. Overview

Because many of our products are custom-made, including stickers, labels, UV DTF sheets, apparel and personalised items, returns and refunds are limited unless the product is faulty or significantly not as described.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law always apply and cannot be excluded.


2. Change of Mind

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect sizing or format chosen by the customer

  • Customer-provided artwork errors (e.g., spelling, low-quality files, wrong colours)

This applies to all custom-made or personalised products.


3. Custom Products

Custom orders include, but are not limited to:

  • UV DTF gang sheets

  • Custom labels and stickers

  • Printed apparel

  • Personalised merchandise

  • Any item produced using customer-supplied artwork

Because these items are made specifically to your requirements, they cannot be returned unless they are faulty.


4. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

You may be eligible for a replacement, refund, or repair if your item is:

  • Faulty or defective

  • Damaged on arrival

  • Significantly different from what was ordered

  • Not of acceptable quality

  • Incorrect due to a mistake on our part

What to do

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Include:

  1. Your order number

  2. Photos or videos showing the issue

  3. A description of the problem

We will assess your claim and provide the appropriate resolution.


5. Shipping Issues (Lost, Delayed or Damaged in Transit)

We package all orders carefully, but sometimes courier issues can occur.

Labelitt is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by couriers

  • Parcels lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Parcels marked as “delivered” by the courier but not received

However, we will assist you in lodging an investigation with the carrier where possible.


6. Artwork & Colour Disclaimer

For custom orders:

  • Colours may vary between screens, printers, and materials

  • We print exactly as the artwork is provided, unless otherwise agreed

  • Low-resolution or poor-quality artwork may result in reduced print quality

If the issue is caused by the customer’s artwork, it is not considered a fault.


7. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before production begins.

Once production or printing has started, cancellations and refunds are not possible.

If an order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled.


8. Returns Shipping Costs

If a return is approved:

  • For faulty or incorrect items: Labelitt covers return shipping and replacement.

  • For non-faulty items (rare cases where returns are accepted): Customer pays return shipping.

Return shipping instructions will be provided if approved.


9. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Processing times:

  • Labelitt: 1–3 business days to issue refund

  • Banks / payment providers: may take 3–10 business days to release funds

We will notify you once a refund has been processed.


10. Australian Consumer Law (Your Rights)

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to:

  • A replacement or refund for major failures

  • Compensation for foreseeable loss or damage

  • A repair or replacement for minor failures

These rights apply in addition to this policy.
